·Application report submitted by Commerce Department at district level;
·Application Sheet on Foreign-funded Company Establishment
· Main Body Qualification or Identification Certificate of Foreign Investor
(notarized by national notarization office in its country and certified by
Chinese embassy/consulate in that country). In case of foreign
investor as natural person, the passport attached with Chinese 　
Embassy/Consulate can be deemed as Investor's Identification 　
Certificate; in case of investor in Hong Kong, Taiwan or Macao as
natural person, the duplicate of Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong
and Macao Residents or Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents
issued by Mainland public security office can be deemed as Investor's
Identification Certificate (the original of the above documents shall be
supplied for verification);
·If an agent is entrusted to handle the transaction of foreign-funded
company, the Letter of Power on Delivery of Legal Papers signed by
foreign investor (the Authorizer) and the domestic receptor (the
Authorized) shall be provided with the address, contact information
and valid ID number of the latter.

·Credit Certificate of foreign investor;
·Project feasibility study report;
·Notice of Pre-examination & Approval of Company Name
·Articles of Associate (signed and stamped by investor);
·Director Appointment Letter, list of board of directors signed by all
　members, resume of each director, copy of ID card of each director;
·Copies of Leasing Contract and House Property Right for company
　office;
·In case of foreign-funded company jointly established by two or above
　foreign investors, the contract executed by and between or among shall
　be provided.
